Fussano properties appointed Stuart Forbes Associates for design proposals for the internal fit out of the central bays of Block B in the Smithfield Development, Dublin.

The design explored the use of double height spaces and day lighting where possible. The central feature of the venue will be a flexible theatre space which will allow for seating in a number of differing layouts and was capable of hosting live music and theatrical performances. Different combinations of fixed seating and dining tables within the auditorium gave rise to a multi functional space which was capable of supporting live music to theatrical performances.
