A prominent riverside property which is situated on the Embankment, in Putney. The brief was to develop and additional basement level in the property and substantially re-model the rear of the building, which gave the opportunity to maximise river views and present a more open aspect at the rear.

The rear facade of the building was proposed to be almost entirely glazed, designed in such a way as to maintain the proportion and scale of the neighbouring properties which still presenting opportunities for high level balconies at the bedroom levels and outside the kitchen dining area on the ground floor. The lower ground floor and its landscape terraces to the rear, were developed in careful recognition of the demand for the maintenance of the rivers flood defences which are dependent on the river properties gardens.
