Parc des eaux vives

Situated a few minutes’ drive from the centre of Geneva, the Parc des Eaux Vives is an 18th century manor house. Currently a hotel and restaurant and surrounded by the lush parks that were once the private gardens for the property and are now open to the public year-round. The property has struggled for a number of years, limited by any further development to the number of bedrooms and its physical size which is heavily constrained by its listing as a building of historical importance.

Our brief was therefore to look at a comprehensive remodel of the business plan and operations to see how this could better trade in the years to come. We developed the concept for the remodeling of the property along the lines of a Seminar House, which provided a unique blend of a heritage architecture with a breath-taking location overlooking Lake Geneva for business meetings and retreats.
