hong kong villas

Barker Road, Hong Kong. Located above the peak tram, this luxury concept villa is perched amongst the cliff and trees of the Aberdeen Country Park.

Located on Barker Road, at the top of the Peak, this concept project is at the highest end of luxury. Stuart Forbes Associates have designed two variations for these villas. Each have their own swimming pools, car parking, luxury bedrooms and living spaces all with panoramic views over Victoria Harbour.

The extreme terrain acts as a constraint, but also something that can be utilised to develop a dynamic section through the building, which gives rise to a range of interlinked spaces which all benefit from the most amazing asset of the site, being the panoramic views across Victoria Harbour and Kowloon Bay.

The villas cantilever off the peak, with a series of outreaching plates and pool structures which hover above the trees, and create the feeling of a house in the clouds.
