This project was in response to a limited competition for the redevelopment of a significant site in Chelsea, London. The competition brief was a dense, mixed use scheme offering the ability to bring new life and community spirit to an Island site surrounded by residential and small business accommodation. The competition remains open and as such the detail of the scheme cannot be divulged.
