Through the experience of the last 20 years, SFA has been built on a foundation of commercial projects which range from mixed urban regeneration schemes, to Airport terminal and flagship owner occupier buildings.

The rigours of regeneration, or technical difficulties of demanding structural and infrastructural issues has established a working knowledge in delivery, and implementation of complex urban projects. Given the nature and public profile associated with some of the larger projects, SFA has also a built an awareness of handling projects within the public domain.

Working on sites of special interest and Listed buildings has also developed a strong knowledge of the planning process and ability to steer projects through an often difficult process, with success.

Through this broad base, SFA have continued to grow on this experience with sizeable work at home and abroad.
