Stuart Forbes Associates were retained as Architects to develop a site wide masterplan, which enabled the client to develop further their own business plan, and secondly provided a building form which complemented and added to the existing infrastructure established on the site.

The changing health care environment in which the clinic/hospital found itself and the need to provide extra facilities were at the core of the development strategy. A range of possible uses such as step down and day care, crèche, additional consultant suites, acute/emergency, residential care etc were all explored.

The potential to offer some or all of the above was now possible with the acquisition of the additional site area.
